Sales Conditions

• The sales policy are applied to Vilabo – Vidros de Laboratório Lda, excluding the specific laboratory glassware (made only by order).
• The products that are sold by Vilabo are for laboratory use only.
• We don’t receive orders from individuals.

Usability:

• Our products are made only for professional use in laboratories.

Prices:

• Our prices are EXW Marinha Grande – Portugal

Minimal Orders:

• Europe: the minimal price for orders to Europe will need to be, at least, 200 €, excluding freight.
• Rest of the world: the minimal price for orders to the Rest of the world will need to be, at least, 1.000 €, excluding freight.

Payments Policy:

• For sales with a price under 5.000€, payment of 100% before shipment;
• For sales with a price over 5.000€, payment of 30% with order confirmation and 70% before shipment;
• In case of cancelation of an order with payment in advance we reserve a right to keep a part of that payment to pay our spending in the production of the products.

Price requests and order confirmation:

• The orders must be made only by writing and our references must be on it.

Additional cost to the orders:

• When the national origin certificate is requested it will have an additional cost of 50€.

Spoiled or missing products:

• After the reception of the order the client has 15 days to communicate spoiled or missing products. After the deadline day the products will be considered in good shape.

Return of the products:

• The returning of products must be authorized by Vilabo – Vidros de Laboratório Lda by writing.
• The returning products must be well packed up, we recommend the original box.
• If these policy isn’t follow the returning is not accepted.
